Our team has extensive experience in drafting relevant license and technology transfer agreements gained from their outside counsel and in-house counsel roles. Our team often represent clients in royalty negotiations and work with other corporate counsels in mergers and acquisitions.
Compliance Training and Representation
We deliver customized training to clients’ internal legal or business operation teams on Data Protection & Privacy and IP issues. We also represent clients in various IP related associations in China, such as the Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC).
