Grace has assisted various international brands in her 17 years of experience in managing their trademark portfolios in China at leading international and domestic law firms.

She has provided hundreds of trademark clearance and registrability opinions to global companies for their product/service launches in China over the past 17 years.

Grace has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500 companies, the world’s leading consumer electric, apparel and entertainment companies.

Ms. Gu is currently a member of INTA’s Trademark Office Practice Committee.

Yu Bo focuses on prosecution and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and designs in the past 15 years working at international and local firms.

He has assisted various multinational companies in protecting their IP in China through administrative, criminal and civil actions, both as plaintiff and defendant. He has experience across a broad range of industries, including high-tech, IT, entertainment, consumer electronics, lifestyle, aerospace, machinery and heavy equipment, automobiles, tobacco, food and beverages, and luxury goods.

Currently chair of the China Task Force of INTA’s Enforcement Committee for the 2024-2025 term, Yu Bo was the Chair of the China Subcommittee of INTA’s Anti-Counterfeiting Committee for the 2020-2021 term.
